This letter is giving me alot of trouble to transcribe.  I will contiue to pick away at it and will post it here as an edit when it is as complete as possible. I would like to carry on with other letters in the mean time.  Next will be 22 Jan 1814 which I would like to post on it's 200th anniversary.
